I was recently asked a question in my interview, which confused me, since I didnt had a clear understanding of the same. Kindly guide me on the same:
What is the difference between survey Feedback(OD intervention) & Employee Satisfaction Survey?

Survey Feedback
We can use this method for all feedback from employee.
Some case we use it in order to know about opinions of employeeabout new policy etc.

Employee Satisfaction Survey

We use it to know opinions of employeeabout every thing related to past. But we use feedback for both past and future

Yes both are OD tools and interventions. E SAT survey is meant for understanding level of satisfaction of Employees. Yes in the past.
Whereas, Survey feedback intervention is used for taking feedback from Employees after doing survey.
