I feel if we can add Japanese and American Management techniques like Kaizan,TQM etc.. and few more Live Examples to make this Presentation more effective and easy understanding.

I am sharing a few thoghts of mine which you may incorporate in your presentation to make it more robust and complete.
Change can also be classified as evolutionary and revolutionary. Evolutionary changes are continuous stream of small changes and revolutionary changes are rapid and drastic changes.
For more insight into this please refer to the book by Goldsmith W, Clutterbuck D 1997 The Winning Streak: Mark II. Orion Business, London.
You may also mention the work by Robbins on sources of resistance to change and that of Beckhard on how one must understand and honor resistance and also Kotter’s eight steps process to facilitate a successful change.
As suggested by one valued member you may also include some Japanese TQM concepts. Especially Kaizen and Deming's cycle which are proven examples evolutionary change.

I saw your presentation on Change Management. U have taken lots of pain in making that. Kudos.
As Mr. Narasimhan has suggested, I also feel that back ground should be lighter. If background is light blue, dark yellow letters can give more visibility. Pl. avoid white fonts.
In certain slides, there are several lines of written matter. And the font size has become very small. I prefer 28 -32 font size on slides and I normally keep only five lines or even less per slide.
You may consider my suggestions. No ill feelings please.
Hi Megha, Good presentation and very well made.
Inthe 'Forces for Change' slide, you maybe you could include the Customers(both internal and external) needs, aspirations and reqmnts.
and in the "org for change' you could think of incl the point of "communication". Infact lack or failure of timely and appropriate communication can take down Titanics.
Then there is a need for mid course evaluation, which ofcourse i presume is getting covered in the strategy part of the change.
But very simply and precisely made presentation.

The content is really good Megha, and it is easy to understand as you indicated... but presentation (say colors used, template, animation, transitions used) is a bit :(
