I Want to know how to calculate return on investment of recruitment and selection process? what is the methodology to calculate ROI which we spent on recruitment and selection process.

ROI on Recruitment is highly subjective & cannot be clearly defined. Since Recruitment cost is spent in advance & the Returns on the Investment of Recruited Candidates may be through a long duration (some times many years).
Usually the Cost per Hire is calculated & the overall artition & productivity of the organisation will be the parameters under which ROI is calculated (but this method may not be accurate).
