Dear All,

I kindly request the members to help me out. I have been assigned an internal audit assignment within my company. Could someone please provide me with the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system manual and the forms used during the audit, such as the Findings Report template, Nonconformities Report template, and Audit Report template? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to the mods for maintaining an excellent forum.

Dear Ikkyrulz,

You cannot do an internal audit if I SEND YOU THE DOCUMENTATION. THE PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:

1. A knowledgeable person on ISO standards is required to first prepare the necessary documentation tailored to the company's operations.
2. The procedures and systems documented have to be then implemented company-wide with the help of various managers.
3. Once the procedures have been implemented and you are sure that employees are following these satisfactorily, an internal audit has to be carried out by a trained auditor (this cannot be done by inexperienced employees).

The above normally requires assistance from an experienced consultant. I am a consultant for various types of ISO Standards. In case you need my assistance (chargeable), please contact me at drupat@hotmail.com. I have assisted several companies in attaining ISO certification.

    Hi Angela,

I do not think a quick-fix documentation can help you if you are not familiar with the subject of QUALITY, QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, and related subjects. If you need professional help for your organization, please contact me with our company details and activities. I can help at reasonable fees.

How can you conduct an internal audit based on obtaining a QMS manual from elsewhere? Even if you acquire it, you will not be able to perform the audit effectively without receiving training on the fundamentals of auditing. Please refrain from taking shortcuts and avoid attempting it with little or no knowledge.

Hence, the first step is to get yourself trained and certified as an internal auditor. The cost for this certification is not substantial.
