I want your help on the above subject.
I was following with my previous employer for f n f and they giving me different dates of relasing f n f. But now they told me that they will not pay me my f n f. I had left organisation in september first week.
I would like to know what one should do in this case.
Pls reply with suggessions.

You have to file a complaint under section 33 c 2 of Industrial Disputes Act with the Commissioner of labour office.
There is no recourse once employer is not willing to pay your full and final dues.

dear there may be assistant labour commissioner office in thane itself.you can file case under payment of wages act also with same authorities. tks j s malik

Dude,
Did u ask them the genuine reason for why they are not clearing despite they promised to release! if possible ask them to give written explanation for not clearing your dues, then seek legal actions.

me too facing the same problem...
4 months back i joined in a consultancy, for the first 2 months i got only part of my salary but not the full...
during this period i placed few candidates at my client place and raised invoice for apprx Rs.2.00 Lacs
still the management is saying that they cant pay my salary..
pls suggest me what to do to get my salary

Firstly you just follow the herarchy and give him a advise kindly complete my regination formalites and no due slip other wise i will register the complaint if then they are not giving ... launched a complaint for the same ,,
