It is really a good PPT bringing out the need and differences between HR Audit vis-avs HRD audit.
I just have one observation. I think there is a Typo error in slide No.31, where there is a comparison betwwen HRD audit and PCMM. Points no.2 & 3 have got interchanged.

I am currently pursuing my Post graduation in HR final year . I've been assigned a live project on HRD Audit , can any one provide me the HRD Audit questionnaire, it would be of great help too me. I would rreally appreciate if any1 could provide me the HRD Audit questionnaire.

I have come accross ao many questions, ppt, docs regarding the same.even then..
1.whether the Hr audit can be conducted by internal Hr executives or to be conducted by external consultants.
Suggest me with some consultants located at chennai to conduct compen & ben , salary surveys, salary benchmarking process.
