when employee is addmitted his guilt on his misconduct and he was suspened for 4 days, can company deduct his wages under NO WORK NO WAGES policy.
We have not conducted Enquiry Proceeding as employee has committed his misconduct.
dear raj we have discussed this earlier in length.as a punishment we need not to pay
any salary for this period but for gving this type of serious punisment domestic enqiry
is mandatory ,so without conducting enquriy this punishment can not be given.
