as i am a new face in this XCompany...my boss requested me to lead short 10-15 minutes slot of our team building event for about 18 staff from bottom to top level. i hope you could suggest fun, practically corporate, indoor event & easy tools preparation.
From what ive dig in here..a lots game/activity is time consuming. appreciate your help for the simple one. thanks.

matl.re quired: ball, ropes.
make your team into 3 or 4 groups...
ask each group to take the ball from one corner of the big room to another corner...without touching the ball..they can use only ropes...evry one in the team must participate......
the taht carrie the ball first is the winner....this ensures coordination...planning..balancing of different forces...lot of team wotk......

Give a shape (like triangle) for each team and ask them to draw objects from the shapes.
They have to come out with objects like 'top of a hut', arrow mark, alphabet A and 'error symbol' arises during web page loading.
The team guessing more objects will be the winner.
This will help the team to realize the importance of individual views in solving a problem.
Set separate time limit to think/discuss and draw, so that they will learn the team cooperation also.
