Hi Friends,
Presently i am working as a recruiter in recruitment agency -Bangalore. they planning to Shut down the process of recruitment and going to concentrate only in (English and call centre) Training recenlty 10 days back i got promoted as a training coordinator in same company itslef which i dont like. some how i accept that for a time being. Earlier i was taking care of recruitment part in both ITES and Non-IT (harldy 9 months).But i would prefre only in HR domain. But its take divesion in my field (training) thats why i am worried and it would affect my carrer growth?
And also i am seeking jobs in coporate for better prospect.
so any one suggest me what to do in this regards?
