please help me as i have to make a project "Manpower Mapping"
which is a part of my papaer on Manpower planning
i need to emphasize on Manpower mapping in these three areas
1. Age & grade mapping
2. Stagnation & hirerarchal adjustments
3. Inflow & outflow of manpower
