Greetings,
I wonder what are the specific career path for HR positions??
I mean when you begin to work as HR you'll begin as following for example:
HR Clerk "0-1 years" ------HR Coordinator "1-3 years" --------Senior HR Coordinator "3 - 4 years" -------- HR Generalist ( 4 - 6 ) ----- Senior HR Generalist.................etc..
Have anyone the specific map for HR Path??

The positions depend upon the company policy. The frequency of change is decided by the capability in you. Therefore, it is difficult to draw a map of career path of any functional area. Even if you are very good in handling issues related to employment, if may not be elevated to a higher position if the policy of the company or attitude of your immediate superior is negative. This is true especially in the case of HR. The board of directors will appreciate the false promises given by a marketing personnel but will reject the plea by a Personnel Manager about bad working conditions.
