every month my company is plan to give the one award for "employee of the Month"...... Can anyone suggest me how to select that particular employee for the award.....
I am new to this company...before me they select the employee by voting......now i want to make changes in the selection criteria....

Hi,
This also depends on what company you are from
If say example you are from IT company..It should be having different requirements ..There are different dept in organizations and each department have targets ..based on which you can classify the employee of the month parameters as well but department wise ...
In this way you can be fair to all.
Let me know more about your department and details so i can think better on it.
