medha.mathurthanks..am glad you liked the document...it always works better if you have an internal faculty..it not only is a major cost cutting source for your company but also provides you with a lot of value add....perhaps, what you can do initially is to try them out on your friends - assemble all of them (preferably not the members of the same friend circle) and exercise these on them...the results would be most objective if you manage to get almost strangers (maybe your friends' friends) who do not know each other to assemble and try these out...since they also include ice breaker games, it might not work on people who are already familiar with each other...i am pretty sure this would not only help in further socialising but also give you a good idea of the "do's and dont's" on the D-day of the actual training...
