hi
i am Sree,working as a hr generalist Fresher. I am keen to explore on statutory compliance. My current knowledge in this is nil. Can any one help me on knowing abt PF,Gratuity,ESI,CLS (form Numbers & Schedule of returns etc). can anybody suggest that in Hyderabad do we've any certificate course or some training programme in the same,this will give me edge in career as well as knowledge.

I find one excel file on SC for bihar state....I am attaching the same....Can the same forms numbers and caluses will be applicable to AP. Expecting more replys in this regard.

Basically most of the Acts are central Acts. The procedures for implementing the provisions of the Act are framed in the Rules. EPF, ESI, Maternity Benefits Act, Payment of Gratuity Act and similar Acts have central rules/ schemes which are applicable whole of India. In the case of Factories Rules, there may be changes. Shops and Establishments Act is a state Act and the rules are also framed by the respective State Government only.

To start with, it is better to contact the concerned government official, such as Inspector of Factories & Boilers, Labour Werlfare Fund Inspector, Labour Officer etc of your area. A good relation with these officials would always benefit you. You will get the forms from the office free of cost.

excellent compliance sheet and can be used for compliance audit, I was looking this kind of stuff .

Need help - Are all the compliance necessary -
I need to know if we are not doing lime washing or lime washing is not applicable - do I have to maintain the register
Also if I am working in a cold chain company - does register of humidity apply as my environment is always cold & moist
And what is register for Tight clothes for and where it is applicable.
