I am supposed to short list around 350 resumes in 3-4 days for the recruitment.How would I get free resumes from different job sites like naukri,timesjob etc.
We are looking for agents in call center based at Ahmedabad.Candidates should be good at english speaking.

Why do you want to review 350 resumes?? That is far too many and an impossible task. You need to develop a much tighter and more targetted selection process for your employment needs. John in Oz

You wont get FREE resumes from jobsites like naukri unless you pay for their package. Alternatively you can use networking sites like Orkut, linkedin to post your requirements. If you are willing to recruit freshers for the call centre, you can speak to various colleges placement cells to mail you resumes of interested candidates. Use employee referral incentives. You can advertise on some free job portals and post your job vacancy there.
