Dear Seniours,

I am HR at IT company and handling end to end recruitments to Managerial tasks but now a days i am facing some problems so need your valuable suggestion:
1) I am good enough in Recruitment but technical panel takes too much time to take an interview and when candidates refuse us they start playing Blame game like she is not performer, she did not send us reminder on daily basis and all that...
2) For record i start sending email to them so that Top managemt people can understand better that what exactly i am doing and where i am lacking....after few days one member of technical panel said to my colleague that "she is like my younger sister" and she is taking my words otherwise(like: so many hr jobs are available in the market, she is non-performer etc..:()

Seniours! tell me what precisely i have to do...i have only 2.3 years of experience in the field of HR only, 1 year in IT firm(ongoing) n rest i stated my career with Recruitment consultancy.
Is Politics are part of every company n good for the growth of an organisation?

Do You Have Formal Hr Qulaification?
If Yes Then Why Are Your Sticking To One Agenda Of Recruitment...this Is One Of Hr Function And You Cannot Take This As Fulltime Job...this Is Waste Of Qualification.
If Not Then Think Your Management Advise Seriously Because They May Have Recruited As Underqualified That Is Shaking Your Confidence In Dealing With Day To Day Issues.... If You Are Experienced Or Qualified You Should Know The Process Time And Play Accordingly...
Except Sympathy You Deserve No Advise.......
Now Duffers Will Start Abusing Me For My Candid Asvise........

It's happens with everyone as there are defferent kind of peoples.So dear learn to tackle them tactfully this is what hr's job.I know you might be thinking its easy to say but dear u have a ample of experience have faith in u.Dnt be emotional be tough to endure the pressure.

Riya: Thanks for ur advise i'll try my level best to handle and manage that kinda situtations and peoples.
Badlu: First of all thank you so such for your valuable advise, I m holding a degree but its a start up company, here i have to manage all the HR tasks(recruitment to Appraisal, salary cal. , training and all)....but main focus on Recruitments.
Well not a problem.... i dn't deserv Sympathy bcz sympathy may not work and make me a looser and i dnt want to be a Losser but yes,the way of your counsling is good.
I learnt somewher that
"If You STAND for NOTHING, You'll FALL for EVERYTHING"

Politics is there in each and every field.How much and how far can u run from it.You change the job u will face a different kind of politics.
Its better u learn the trick of surviving this.They say if u cant beat them then u join them.
Its always survival of the fittest.

I Found Most Of Respondents Give Too Much Importance To Emotional Values.
But The Problem Area Is They Put Wrong Questions And Except Right Answer For Wrong Questions.
