- EVALUATION OF JOB AND EVALUATION OF EMPLOYEE ARE TWO DIFFERENT PROCESSES.

THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW:
ITEMS ARE RELATED TO THE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEMS AND NOT TO EMPLOYEE EVALUATION.

- PERFORMANCE AND EMPLOYEE EVALUATION ARE AGAIN ARE TWO DIFFERENT PROCESSES, YOU MAY EVALUATE EMPLOYEE'S COMPETANCE THAT DOES NOT NECESSARIY INCLUDES THE EVALUATION OF EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE.

Here is sample of Employee Evaluation. This tool is used for many purpose at the end of Probation before confirmation employee compatencies are varifiedd for suitability.
Further before final annual performance appraisal a periodical employee evaluation exercises are also conducted.
I am attaching one such document for your understanding.
