Before you start up with the recruitment firm, I think u should do a survey on the current recruitment needs of the companies and also try to find out which sectors are the key recruiters in this lag period.

I have few queries pertaining to opening up a Recruitment Firm:
1. U have suggested to do a survey...wat could be the format/s for doing the same?
2. The process of conducting the survey looking at the market in a place like Ahmedabad.
3. How to tap the Clientile?
4. How to establish/ market ourselves in the market? What should be the marketing strategy?
5. How much investment is required to set up a Recruitment Firm?
6. Is it advised to start the Firm single handedly?

Congrats on your new project. However you should first mark on to the industries you are going to base with. Again You never mentioned that you have any prior experience in the same.
You have to give us some more concise details for the comment or feedback to be particular and valid. What is your business plan and methodology of work. First of all prepare a plan of action as well as a line of action.
