HR of the new company in which applied for job told me to join the new company within 7 days and sent me an offer letter (soft copy) with joining date of 24th November.I received the offer letter (soft copy) through email on 18th November.
But my manager (current company) told me (on email correspondence )that the company would relieve me only if I served at least 1 month of notice period and buyout another month's notice period.(notice period of my current company is - 2 months). So to convince the HR of new company I forwarded this email correspondence to him and finally he agreed to postpone my joining date till 22nd December.

The problem is that that I have an offer letter in which my joining date is 24th November
and
the following clause are there in my offer letter:-

- You will join latest by 24/11/2008, after which date the offer would automatically expire unless extended in writing by the
Company.

- You are requested to send us your acceptance within 15 days of date of issue of this offer letter after which this offer letter will
lapse.

- Please note that this letter of appointment shall automatically stand withdrawn in case we do not receive your
acknowledgement and acceptance within fifteen days from issue of this letter.

I have already accepted the offer letter on 19th November, on an online form, the weblink for which was sent to me by the new company's HR.

My queestions are:-
- Is the offer expired?
Please note that - I have already accepted the offer letter on 19th November, on an online form, the weblink for which was sent to me by the new company's HR.

- Do I have to ask for a new offer letter?
I do not have any documentary evidence of the acceptance of the offer.
Though I have emails of correspondence with HR.

Hi,
Every company says the same and expect the same.YOu need to communicate the HR about your company polocies and process of Resignation,
Please send the same mawil from your mamanger to HR new employer.
Till you have chance to tell the HR same and convince him saying your interests and future plans with the new employer.
At this point of time your convincing skills will help you to join the new company,
or else go the new employer meet the HR personally and explain him the same.
wish you all the best .
