In my last tenure with Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd, I have carried out HR Operation work from Mumbai location. HR Operation activities were carried out with help of ERP - SAP and Oracle systems.

Ø 3000 in ICICI One Source Ltd - Mumbai.
Ø 2500 in Pfizer Limited - Mumbai.

Job responsibilities;

Handled HR Operation activities of Mahindra and Mahindra LTD and its Group companies at Service Centre (Vickers Building – Kandivli East) from 2nd Jan 2007 to 2nd May 2008 with the help of 6 Sub-ordinates; Also helped to carry out successful processing of 18506 employees payroll at Service Centre; Kandivli East.

Such a large payroll handled with the help of ERP - SAP and ORACLE Systems.

A.Mastery in HR Operation; Compensation & Benefit System.
B.Managed largest HR Operation of 18506 in MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD by using ERP SAP.
