Dear Frds,

Employees abscond from company without any intimation. This is my problem, there was an employee working for our organization for past 1.5yrs. One fine day suddenly she said would like to meet me. She said her mom is in very serious health condition & should go for an medical treatment immediately. She is trying to explain the whole process of treatment & finally said she wanted to resign from her current position immediately without notice period.

As she is a good employee I don't want to lose her. Wanted to give her permission to take a break & join after 15 days. She didn't accept for this & repeatedly was talking about quiting. She came up with a well planed idea to quite the company asap & started explaining it to me. (As per the company policy 2 months is the notice period). I sensed that she is very well prepare to talk to me & thought not to continue with the conversation.

From next day she stopped coming office there is no communication from her. While reaching through mobile her mom picked up the call & said she will not come to office here after as she need to take care of the family.

After a weeks time i got a verification mail from one company stating that she recently joined there & requested me for details.

In such cases, i want to know how to deal them legally. We sent her a show case notice for her absence, asked her to explain in person the reason. She gave the same old story.

Kindly let me know on this further move, my goal is not to spoil their career. But behave professionally & make them realize their mistake.

Regards

Hello
You give your genuine remarks on the verification mail sent to you by other company.
You just do your duty sincerely and explain the full story, she narrated to you to the other company.
You should not settle her account,
She misleaded you by using her mother health..which is very bad.
Act according to your company rules.
regards
