Dear All,
Our employees come late or thre is absenteeism for some silly reason very frequently, as they are in an age group of 20 - 28 years, i wanted to introduce attendance incentive, so in the absence of the seniors too they would come on time and be punctual.
Please provide me with a format (A Management Institute) and their profiles are Business Development executives. Any other suggestions are msot welcome.
As an HR, the main objective is to motivate them to adhere to the timings as well.
