the ppt given is usefull to understand the basic of factory act. howevr, no detialed is available, if possible please make a detailed as well : good one

a great summary of the book but the ppt would be hard to use as a learning tool in its current form.
Suggest introducing small group exercises throughout the presentation to allow the audience to discuss the key messages in small groups. Suggest that after each of the 'statements' made by hem or haw get the audience to relate the meaning to a change they have been a part of.
I am sure this is what you had in mind and a good facilitator would do just that but for the novice, you may want to add a few more slides and spell out the exercise.

I read the book many years ago. Let me tell you... It changed my life!
Difficult times - they are there always. Change is the fact of life. As a matter of fact, life without change is not life at all. What defines us during the changes of life is how we react to them (changes). This book is a fine example for the attitude one must have while facing, dealing and coping with change.
