You can frame Policies like Leave, Absent, Attendance, Increment, Retrenchment, Demotion, Promotion, Etc. as per your company's rules & regulations. But keep keen view on legal Procedure / compliance. Frame any policy, it should be within legal ambit.
This is Jina from Kolkata, i am working as HR Executive and now i am instructed to work on framing HR Policy for our Company.And as i am new to this field i am not aware of the statutory compliances. so kindly help me out.
