I would suggest you to go for other companies rather than going for MMS degree you will miss 2 yrs experience moreover companies look for HR exp, you can simultaneous go for a correspondence course.

Even I would advise you to join some distance course form a reputed org and parallelly do a job, cos after 2yrs getting back into the main stream would be really difficult.
Everything would seem new and different to you.
So good luck for your future.............

i can understand your problem but if you are planning for further studies then gont go for full time. rather go for part time as well as find some new job for you also.
in this way you will be in the market after completion of studies also.

I think Ashok is right. You should go for some distance learning programme and continue working, because you never know what will happen in the coming years. The situation might improve, may remain the same or may worsen. Your decision would be fruitful only if market condition improves. But it would be a gamble. So, continue your work and enroll your self in some reputed institute.

Hi Friends,
I am having a problem, actually i have gone for an interview in a cmpany. Normally i know that the breakup of PF is 15.67%(12%-Employee & 3.67-employer), but the interviewer told me that it was 25%.
can anyone help me out with the breakups of PF and ESI
