Did you know that there is a system in our constitution, as per the 1969 act, in section " 49-O " that a person can go to the polling booth, confirm his identity, get his finger marked, and convey the presiding election officer that he / she doesn't want to vote anyone !
Yes, such a feature is available, but obviously these seemingly notorious leaders have never disclosed it. This is called " 49-O ".
Why should you go and say "I VOTE NOBODY " ? ... Because, in a ward, if a candidate wins, say by 123 votes, and that particular ward has received " 49-O" votes more than 123 , then that polling will be cancelled and will have to be re-polled. Not only that, but the candidature of the contestants will be removed and they cannot contest the re-polling, since people had already expressed their decision on them.
This would bring fear into parties and hence would look for genuine candidates to give out tickets.
Please forward this information to educate our country men/womenand spread awareness.
Initiate to change the system by awaring your friend ( at least one ) to stop the handicap politicians of India.

India has lost around 10000 lives during the last four years to terrorism!!!!!!not counting our brave soldiers who lost their lives in counter terrorism in kashmir and assam ....not any more...its high time...if we dont react atleast at this stage ....we are doomed...our great culture is doomed....our people are doomed and our motherland will be doomed....so react guys.....atlest show your emotions...jai hind

The main problem is eventhough we are a democratic nation but we don't know the real meaning of democracy.
Our so called leaders who only know how to use common people and then play with them.
The original definition what I feel of democracy is:
It is taking lives of innocent people,by the selfish political people and only for the worst of common people like You & Me!!!! :(

I totaly agree with you..that the politicians are using us but WHAT WE ARE DOING???
Giving them chance to ply with our emotions, as and when required....How many educated person or an IIM or IIT students enter into the politics....why college union elections are restricted only into the Universitys... why not into the all the institute... How many ministers have a profer knowledge or qulification about there protfolieo they belongs to..
Every day in the morning we pick up the newspaper with a cup up Tea and and through our emotions in to the Dirty Politics... why we are not making a revolution and take part in the Politics...Bcz we (including me ) are a COWARED. and dont want to involve ourselves into the politics as it is dirty....
I will suggest to show "NAYAK" picture to all our staff for this lesson....in our tranning as we are also the responsible for betterment of the employe for the organization and for the Country....
