Hi Friends,
This is Jai from Chennai. I am working in a consultancy. We are fully focus into Recruitment. We are into IT and Non IT. We are doing PAN India as well Overseas also.
Due to Financial crisis we can not get the new business, meanwhile our existing clients said that the Recruitment has been frozen. So we could not generate the revenue. We have to pay the salary to our staffs.
So, we have planned to diversified some other areas of HR or apart from HR.
We have planned to focus apart from Recruitment.
I need ur valid suggestion, in what are all the areas we can focus to generate the revenue.
can anyone help me out in this.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Jai,
Many companies go for Payroll outsourcing wherein they give the attendance of their staff & ask a vendor to process their salaries. That is one option you can look for.
Apart from that if you have knowledge on legal aspect of HR too, that you can also work as a consultant for many companies HR.
Hope this will help you to save your company & your staffs Job.
