My name is Madhumita Ghosh. I have recently joined an IT firm as an HR Executive. Our company previously doesnot have any HR system. I want to introduce a Performance Appraisal system in my Company. How can I do this. I have theoritical knowledge on this but I how can I apply in real world. Please help?

I am arshad , having recruitment experience as a recruiter, recently i joined as HR Consultant ,where my role is to stay at client place and take care of all HR activites. my request is,can any one tell how to start building HR system at my client place.Because My client is not having a perfect HR system.I need to build up the system. so Please suggest me from where to start.

I completly agree with roy. you also have to maintain and collect information regarding the past activities, its effect and accordingly you need to develop some new models and introduce it among your employees
