Dear all my organization is planning erp implementation this year and in the preimplementation stage we propose to organise change management programmes for our employees. at the onset we plan to hold the workshops for our senior management and the implementation team so that they can drive the change management process throughout the organization and these critical stakeholders speak a common language. by conducting these programmes we expect a 'buyin' from the key players as well as sensitivity to understand the potential resistance/ resentment that may crop up as a result of the erp implementation process. i seek your help in suggesting a senior seasoned and dynamic faculty for the above programme. the faculty should preferable be delhi/ncr based so that there is ease of operability. kindly send me your response at the earliest. regards anubha t agarwal

Dear all i am assisting my organisation develop a change management strategy. we have conducted some workshops and identified some key issues to be addressed. this now needs to be developed into an action plan that the organisation can use over the coming months. i am wondering if anyone has some suggestions on formulating the action plan and structuring an overall strategy e.g. whether in themes of issues or stages of action etc... maybe someone has a template that they ve used before? also i m keen to get a hold of some case studies where change was implemented successfully particularly in health care and with nursing staff. thank you for your help in advance and happy new year to all cheers
