Dear snehlata,
I would like to tel you one thing that in this era of cut throat competition ofcourse it is very difficult to get a desirable job, but not impossible. so it is better to search new job and live with esteem. if you realy have the talent you then u wil get a job of your kind.
Don't take the shit everyday, we HR guys some times have to be aggressive, you cant really stay at a place wer people dont like you and where you wont get worth for your work.
Istead of wastin your valuable time on fighting with the management you can rather spend the same time to buy a job for yourself.
All Da Best.
Wishes,
Jitendra :-P

Hi Snehlata,

What Sivasankaran has said i 100% right to the core, there might be another version of this entire episode with your Boss?

I don’t want to repeat what all of them have said over and again as it would not be a solution for you at this point of time.

If you do not have a job until now, and if you are willing to re-locate to Bangalore, probably i could try getting you a Job. If interested please mail me your resume.

1 more thing i would like to point out is that the "COMPANY WHICH YOU ARE WORKING CURRENTLY IS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD FOR YOU".

Please make note for people who have knowledge, ethics, moral & Common sense in life there are plenty of opportunities around, it’s only that you need to “KEEP YOUR HAND & MOUTH CLEAN”. (This was quoted by my DAD several years ago).
So stop worrying and keep moving, by laying down your current dated resignation if you have not done so.
Best Regards,
C SUJAY

Dear
If you buckle down this time ,you may face the same situation with your next employer so on and so forth as your attitude is straight forward .Send a mail to your CEO referring to the pressure tactic & the harassment that you are facing .They will come around defenitely. What is discussed in a conversation cannot be pursued in writing or legally. Many of the bosses are good bullies but on paper they will become lambs ready for slaughter.

Hi Sulakshna
I was going thru all posts on this thread. Just a correction in what you wanted to say, if you are taking it in the right spirit... It is called PRINCIPLES OF NATURAL JUSTICE and not FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT.. Fundmental Right is provided in the Constitution. What exactly you wanted to communicate was referred to as PRINCIPLES OF NATURAL JUSTICE
Thanks..

Respected Seniors and All you good people,
I am really happy to see loads of suggestions on this citeHR for my problem. Sincerely speaking," I dont want to continue with this place where there is no respect for a team member and politics around."
I know I will come across with these kind of personalities and situations in future also, learnt how to handle this - though I learned it hard way. I am all ready to move out and search for a job. I will resign only on current-dated resignation.
Request your prayers and wishes for my new assignments as my job-hunt is on.

I find lot of advices from many of HR people giving skip away from the issue than to give trouble shooting ideas to the person to fight the injustice. I am puzzled to see that if custodian of Human Resource are going to speak these timid language no doubt this kind of injustice will keep prevailing without any checks because HR person who was to keep check on these such scrupulous activity is also an employee he is there not to protect the victim...... Remember the old story "Who will bell the Cat"!! is being advised do not bell the cat but onemosue managed and protected others from falling into as prey.
