Starting a recruitment team
Hello everyone i ve been chosen to lead the recruitment team for a startup call center. since we re still trying to build internal capability we thought of getting the services of a headhunter/recuitment agency to help us out. initially we re going to hire 5 recruiters this week. my question is is there a formula/computation that i can use to identify how many staffs i would need within the next few months? i don t want to be hiring a lot of people in the beginning only to be overstaffed in the end. at the same time i don t want the team to be understaffed. i would be very greatful to anyone who can help me in this concern. thanks diana
