Hi,
This is Nupur. I am currently doing my summer project. I was working on a different project till day before when they changed my project . I am short on time and hence can use all the help I can get. My new project is competency based recruitment I am interning at a Mutual Fund company and the departments over here that would come under my research would be Sales, HR and operations. Could you please help me out with some information as to how i should go about the project and what I can do.
