Dear All,
Am very much interested to work in UAE. And even am planning to settle down there in future. And I do understand by various posts that there are HR openings in HR in UAE and Recruitment is in its peak stage during the month of July - April. And to get there we have to get registering with agencies and portals etc. I have tried all those registering with various Gulf Job Portal.

But why are there no calls for me till date. Why? Is there any slow growth pace over there?

Can somebody throw some light on this topic. I have a solid 1.4 yrs of Exp in HR and am handling Multi-Tasking Role in pre/post recruitment n also European consulting. Please help me Out...!!! :(
Regards,
Arsha

Dear Arsha,

It is difficult to get a job in HR in Middle East if you are staying in India. The easiest way is, try to get a visit visa to your country of choice and then try for your favourite job. Since there are legislations in UAE to employ their citizens in HR department of companies having more expatriates working, you may not expect calls from direct employers or recruitment agencies, unless you are a highly experienced senior professional. Lot of manpower is readily available there including many other nationals across Middle East.

Registering with employment agencies and web sites are good idea. But it would be better to be there in Middle east to get speedy result. Otherwise register with good overseas manpower consultants in India for such opening. If you get an opening there, please confirm with other conditions like accommodation, medical benefits, to and fro air tickets, transportation, Leaves, leave salary, and other benefits etc. Make sure you have got authentic visa from the organization. Just like in any other part of the world, rising living costs are a problem there.

Before going there, be sure to get your certificates authentically attested by the embassy of the concerned nation. If you have any friends or relatives there, you can look in to getting a visit visa and try for your ambition.

Think carefully before taking any action.

Thank you..

Dear Binubabu, Thanks a lot for the reply... Am clear right now...!!! I will do my best as you have suggested to get a job over there. Thanks once a again... Arsha :-P
