hello dear i would like to now how to tarminate person because one person i give 4 time worning latter but he not follow rules and all person is irritate to him
An employee who has been in continuous service for at least one year can be terminated only after serving him at least one month notice of your intention to terminate his service and giving him termination compensation @ 15 days average pay for every year of service. If your company employs 100 or more employees, then three months notice is required to be served.
If the employee is a problem making man and you have already given him warning of termination, you can proceed with an enquiry after serving him a charge sheet.
