Hi Shivani after MBA u can study in any HR function like training & development course is available in the market

You can study as much as you like but unless you gain some practical experience, that knowledge will be restricted to the books and paper you used to study with. If you have completed your MBA, try to find a job that will allow you to enter as a junior and then help you delveop your skills while supporting your studies.

Me too agree with joaneb bookish knowledge and practical experience is totally different it just adds to your personality but if you experience that will give fast growth in corporate world.
