Now I am bit confused with all your replies.I request you if one go for any specialisation in HR than what will be the best to Choose these days and that also I want to do distance learning type of course or any diploma.
As far as my interest goes I told you all, that my main intersest is in training & development but my choice or interest is not limited to this only I want to excel in this field so help me decide the best programme or specialisation I go for please.

Even I completely agree with Johnneb. There wont be any point in studying more right now as what matters most is your experience.I am saying this from my personal experience. You can do a job and pursue a correspondance course in any subject u like
