Dear all,
I am working in a reputed company and handling Training & development.
since in our company lots of training program runs in a same time, i need to track the same.
so can anybody help me to create the Training Dashboard so that I can make a trace to all the things in a same time.

MY company ia also undergoing lozz of training and i have to keep track of all the training. what i am doing is clicking photos and make a short note of the training and attach the photos with that. There are peoples working with me who helps me to keep the track,they make other necessary points and employyees present sheet. with that i finally make a report on excel sheet of the training with the topics, point discussed , trainer name, people attended, and other key areas.

You need to create a sheet that mentions the days of the month. 12 such sheets need to be made for each calander year. Now each day will have a distribution of all the job requirements of each trainer e.g: Classroom training, assessments, content developement etc. Each trainer needs to fill in the number of hours spent on each activity.

Perhaps this excel sheet will help you.
I did this to track all the trainings, and as it is in excel, it can be filtered,sorted for required data.

After that make a folder by the name of training dashboard and put your records with the training names and in that file u can put the records like Participants list with dept. ,date etc.
