Dear All,
We have not been paid of our salary for the past 2 months. Now that everyone is frustrated, almost all employee are now quitting. Rest of the employees are coming just for the sake of coming.
The company is facing a bad finanical crisis. We even doubt if we'd be paid in the future?
Should i too quit now as its baseless working without pay and even there's no much work? I got a new client for them, it means a lot of income for a single closure itself, but still they aren't interested to go with them,
Pls. let me know your thoughts as to wait or quit? Now the market is also down! No recruitment anywhere?
Regards,
Arsha

Hi friend,
I suggest, that you better dont quit the job at this time when we have less jobs available in the market, atleast you say that you are working in xyz company to the interviewer. I can understand that it is very difficult to survive without salary.
you got 1 option i.e. wait for better job or a job, then you can quit.
Have patience and positive attitude:).

Hi,
it is best suggested not to quit. There is a downtrend in every industry worldwide. when you put in more efforts during this period, the better the chances for you when the business picks up. Remember, it is all a cycle. The year 2000-2001 saw a great fall. Later the whole world was doing better. Many companies were not paying promptly. But this is the time you can show your loyalty. Provided you are not in a financial crises to burn your fingers for the sake of the organization.
However, it is your personal decision to be taken.

Hi,
In My Opinion Not To Quit. Our Company Also Paid Us 2 Months Pending Salary. Its A Business Something It Gains Sometime It Loose. Until U Get New Opournity You Should Not Quit.
Final Decesion Is Yrs.

Dear Arsha
There is a famous saying "Love your job and not the organization, because we dont know when our organizations will stop loving us".
In your case, i trust things are really out of shape. Though the situation warrants you to move out without second thought, see to it that you do so after getting a good job. Till such time calmly wait. Things will authomatically improve. The organization where u are employed itself is not ready to capitalize on the opportunity then we cant blame ourselves.
Best wishes for your new job search.

dear frient
better to quit the job very immediately spend some time for new opernings or check your known sources and friends. If employer not able to pay the employee salaries, he does not have right to run the business also. Time is valuable. If you have confidence, you can do anything.
I think it is time to rise. Think differently.
you can go for low salary in the same department.
you can change your nature of work and dept
you can join in short term new courses during the course of jobless time
you can join/ learn one new language, which will be useful to your new or present job.
you can search for new small term business alternatives.
you can pay your visit, along with family, to a some touriest places.
take time and sit alone, think differently and think in a innovative direction.
Those who see the invisiable
can do the impossible.
Thanks & Regards:

Dear Arsha

First and foremost i want to applaud u for your courage on airing your worries live on the net, and being humble enough to ask for advice...thats a lovely thing

Now as you said that everybody is leaving and you havent even received your pay for 2 months, thats a very troubling thought indeed..but there is one thing i want to ask you

Arsha
Do you love your job?
Is this the line you see yourself in 5 years from now?
Can you financially support yourself even if there is no pay 2 months from now?
Are you getting emotionally drained off seeing the low morale of the other employees or can you motivate yourself without any worries?

You know what my friend, I have asked you these questions because each of us are unique individuals who have our own goals and priorities and the other things that matter are finances inner motivation etc.

Its very easy for everyone to give advice, but none of us put ourselves in your position, only you have the power to decide what is best for you.....

You have held on so far and thats gr8, uve also shown that nothing stops you by getting the company a customer and doing them a huge good...can you hold on for sometime longer..

You hold the world in your hands Arsha..
Make the best use of that chance...
If you have any questions you can scrap me...ill try my best to answer you

Take care and Wish you all the best.

Regards,

Aveena

Hi Arsha,
I understand your pain, but this is not the right time to quit your job as the market is in pretty bad shape, i truely agree with all our friends and im happy that all the ideas are in sync. so you just try to explore new opportunties and pick the best one if you really wish to make. In fact this can be a mgmt game to understand the longtermivity of the employees, iam pretty sure they will release pending salaries once they feel there business is onhold, as this is a temporary crisis. Any ways decision is let for yourself. It is fine to continuee as long as you love this profession and dont have perosnal commitments w.r.t money
Let me know if you need any help. You can send me your resume to . I head the fcuntion of Recruitments for US based product based company in Hyderabad.
