This has reference to the charge sheet dated_________ issued to you & enquiry held thereafter. We have duly considered the report of the enquiry officer and are satisfied that the charges as leveled against you have been proved against you in the enquiry.

can someone teach me how to write a letter to terminated a contract? i had sign a contract with the following in it:-
Bankruptcy of either party
Breach of any clause within this agreement
Change of ownership of either management
Poor performance of either party
Misconduct or dishonesty on either party
The agreement can be terminated with notice per above on the following basis:
Notice period from the company: 30 days
Notice period from the Authorized Service Center: 30 days
Authorized Service Center is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
Breach of contract:
Should the Authorized Service Center breach the service contract all payments payable to the Authorized Service Center will be avoid and necessary legal action will be taken."
i dont wish to continue my company service as service center.

Is it necessary to give one month’s notice or notice pay in case of dismissal or discharge ? I was told that notice or notice pay is given for termination as retrenchment.

According to our last discussion over the phone or mail on D M Y, with you and your family member, you were to get in touch and discuss/explain or return to duties by April 26, 2016. Neither have you applied for/ informed about any planned leaves or vacation to the company nor are you responding to the calls made by us.

According to employment terms and conditions narrated to you as per your employment offer letter dated D M Y, we here by terminate your services with immediate effect. We value your association with us and would like to discuss your stand by close of business hours on D M Y, failing which your employment with Company Name shall stand terminated.

You are due for the amount to be paid to the organization in lieu of your notice period. On any futher inquiries from any future employers on your employment, we will stand by the facts and reveal the truth in any reference checks.
