I am head of business development at a Protfolio Management firm , which manages money for High Networth Individuals. I have a small team of 6 sales professionals who are responsible for sales. I need to do a comptence mapping for all of them . Is there any informal way or a way which helps map someone's competency based on some essential qualities/strengths required.
