I have gone through your attachment. Really a neat work. But why Profession Tax, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund have not figured under Deductions? Since these have not figured here, they may not tally with the payouts done by Fin department. It has to match your PF/ESI challan figures also.
Please incorporate the same and the sheet becomes pucca.

it is good enough but is any thing to develop a better payroll and reporting tool with the combination of cristal report or any other tool that can maintian a small/ medium organasition a necessary hr document like as persnal file and statury report
hope some more amendment in this sheet and try it ot automised

I need a help from you friends. I required a format/structure for reporting in the company.
Eg. If a manager wants to give reporting to Head what will be the exact format.
Same with other subordinates who will reporting to their superior/head etc.
I am expecting quality response from you.
