hi
I am working in a manufacturing company where we have engage some people in company pay roll and we reqruit some people through outsource.But we treat them like company emloyee also they are enjoy all the facilities like our employee.Now we are going to introduce identy card to our employee for this we have no problem but person engage through outsource what we will do .Should it different or if different can we mention our company name .kindly suggest.

Dear Mantu, You can definetly issue them I-card, inspite of employee number you can mentioned "TEMPORARY", "ON CONTRACT" OR "SUPPORT STAFF". Vijay

Dear Mr Mantu, As far ID card for employees is concerned u can issue the same. But for the concerned outsourced personnel the same needs to be issued by the outsourced agency. Regards, bhavin vahia

U can issue ID cards to others (recruited from outsourcing). but the thing is u’ve to mention "contract basis from company name" should be included. With Regards A.Madhavi HR

Hi, You can issue the id cards, but you have to mention "contract" or "Temperory" on the cards. with regards, Ramesh.V

Hi, you can provide Separate Colour ID card for temp empl and separate colour for Contract emply.......Otherwise give same ID Card but difft colour tag..... Regards, H.Radha

you must provide ID card to your employee as well out sourcing agency through their agency..
another thing i just want mention,if your not differentiate then it will lead to IR problem whether it MNC or any other org.
kindly provide ID card and try to reduce facilities which is not applicable to out resourcing employees.

Get it issued by the out sourcing agency in same format but add " ON DEPUTATION TO" before your company’s name Regards Aseem
