From India, Gurgaon
Respected brothers,
A company has got PF Registration duly.It is paying PF contribution regularly. In respect of contract workers the company ensures that the contractor is having PF code, and pays the dues. But the precise question is in respect of very small and small jobs like cleaning, material handling if we employ casual labour, the labour charges are paid then and there . How to remit PF contribution in respect of those casual workers ( they do not have PF number ) they are not in our emplyee roll they will not be in our roll. The company wants to pay even pay as a summary contribution even before the Department asks so that penalty will be avoided. the challan the mode , description of payment and account head is needed . May I request you to help me.
