Dear All,
I recommend you all to visit some Overseas educational Consultancies who have offices all over. One of them is Chopra Consultants who have offices in New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai , Hyderabad, Kochi and some other places. the Counsellors there would be able to give you the complete details of how what and where you can apply including the cost factors.
Hope this helps.

Hi All,
As per my knowledge there are no typical Int HRM certification, coz in many countires HRM is a part of science where in behaviorial sicence comes into play. Hence you can get a MS on HR
Additionally you can get a certification in Cross cultural mngt which is a sub function in HR and comes in to play form Emp Engagement activities.
Alternatively like others have suggested you can get SAP certification or certified as Assessment Centre desginer from TV Rao which is Internationally acclaimed however this is for people who have put in some years of hands on expn, you can try to get some certification for interview techniques specially for recruiting expats, XLRI and IIM holds such certified courses, you can try Mercer College for C&B certification courses which is internationally acclaimed. I have atteded Mercer workshop it is good.
