Mrityunjaya is an 8 year old employee wellness organization.We have worked with companies like Autodesk,GMR, HCL, Spectral,Ernst & Young etc. We have received pretty good feedback for the same as well.(We can provide you reference). I do not know your specific requirement, however we do have couple of options where we can engage with your company.

For this diwali we have couple of initiatives and team based activities.

Stress Management Sessions - We can take series of stress management sessions for leadership team in your company and for other employees as well. We have couple of 1-2 hour sessions to day long sessions for promoting healthy lifestyle for your employees, how to cope with everyday stress, how to manage it and how can people lead a healthy lifestyle. We also teach them few yoga practices and give consultancy about the diet depending on their specific body type.

2. Yoga sessions - We can also undertake regular Yoga sessions for your employees everyday in your premises. We would give customized diet-chart and consultancy for your employees.

3. Nutrition & Lifestyle Management- This session describes an individual body type and corrections to be made in their nutrition and lifestyle.This is coupled with an Nutrition activity.

4. Office Yoga sessions - Specially helpful for the young crowd who spent a lot of time in front of the computers and who do not have time to visit a gym or exercise.Works well with sedentary lifestyle.
