Recently, we had changed our company Name. Government of India-Ministry of Corporate Affairs had issued us Fresh Certifivation of Incorporation Consequent upon change of Name.
I had requested my superiors to apply for New Memorandum of Association & Article of Association from registrar of companies. I want to know whether my request is right or wrong.
