Can anyone explain the meaning and intended activities mentioned above. I don't see presence third party agencies can do one simple function that HR department cannot do.
The question arises: Is it so difficult or HR personnels are incompetant to conduct such exercise or afraid.
Antecedent varification requirements are predominantly due to the following:
Family Background and Charactor of candidate: Doubtful Integrity
Varification of Educational Qualifications:-Fake Certifications/University
Past Employer:Level of Work Exposure,Performance & Discipline.
Court Case: Thefts, Frauds,Criminal Offence
Nothing is discussed in above advertisement and all this points are out of his reach of third party vendor if HR department can not manage on their own.
In my experience no employer disclose any information to the third party and reluctant to comment. It can be done through reliable HR department by simple varification method.
Nothing harms even if directly contacted with the previous employer by HR departmtne personnel because in 80% cases verbal acknowledgements of antecedents qeries are replied positively by the past employers and most of cases they appreciate if someone enquires about their ex-employee.
