We have outsourced the payroll completely.
We just provide them leave records and rest they do on their own.
They handle our PF, Gratuity and superannuation also, and the charges are pretty decent.
As you are in Delhi, send me your numbers, I have already sent my numbers to you.
I'll tell the company to be in touch and when you will give me your number I'll provide all the details to you.

Currently how do you do your payroll? I suggest make a cost analysis on what option will best serve your company and its employees. You can base your analysis on (advantages vs. disadvantages):
1. cost of software if in-house vs. outsourced
2. employees salary who will facilitate in-house payroll vs. outsourced
3. long-term goal of the company
4. company budget
