360 degree performance evaluation is called as Multi-rater feed back. The feedback would come from subordinates, peers, and managers in the organizational hierarchy, as well as self-assessment, and in some cases external sources such as customers.

Dear Sakshi,
360 appraisal involves performance review of employee,through managers,superiors/seniors,peers,subbordinate,vendoe/customer as well as self assesment/evaluation too.
oN SELF EVALUATION ANd EVALUATION THrough everyone we need to take average evaluation on performance.
If you wish I can post the sample 360 degree format on citehr cite,however first I would like to know how to attach file on cite hr while replying to anybody.

I can just tell few steps how to download and upload the file.
Go to Post reply ---- click on attachment tab (just below to title bar)--- Browse your file----click on upload----then after uploading close that window------and at last again go to attachment tab (where you will find the same file), click on that file and the file will be visible below your message.
