For the HR community, it is very important to understand how to effectively deploy Performance Appraisal Systems in their organizations. If we feel that all aspects described in the above document can be managed manually, we probably have some technology phobia. Otherwise, state-of-the-art systems such as 'EmpXtrack' provide a ready-made platform to manage all aspects of employee performance.
